SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping

Every Sareen order ships free of charge.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United States: 5–9 business days
United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
Australia: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sareen is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to update. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact support@sareen.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@sareen.com immediately. Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Sareen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and such orders are not eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

Packages that are refused on delivery, or not collected from a pickup point and returned to sender, may be subject to a reshipping fee. Refunds for returned-to-sender packages are issued minus any costs incurred.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact support@sareen.com within 30 days of the last tracking update. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed. Verified lost packages will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customs and Import Duties

Where applicable, any customs or import duties charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
